The vineyard producing the estate’s Premières Côtes de Bordeaux wine, spreads out over slopes bordered by a river. With its westerly exposition, the vineyard is ideally situated for the perfect ripening of the grapes. Thirty-seven communes share the appellation of Premières Côtes de Bordeaux, extending from Saint-Maixant to Bassens following the meandering length of the Garonne river. The Courtade-Dubuc vineyard measures about 6000 hectares of which 2500 are dedicated to the production of its Premières Côtes de Bordeaux.
